Ownership + Intellectual Property
At Kemel Hub (hereby referred to as Our Agency), we prioritize clarity and professionalism when it comes to ownership and intellectual property. Below, we outline the policies governing the rights to the work we create for you, ensuring transparency and mutual understanding.
Ownership of Deliverables
Final Ownership: Upon receipt of full payment, all final deliverables created as part of your project will become your property.
Work-in-Progress Files: Drafts, mockups, or incomplete designs remain the property of our agency unless otherwise agreed. These files are not to be used, modified, or distributed without prior consent.
Portfolio Rights: We reserve the right to showcase completed projects in our portfolio, on our website, or in promotional materials. If you prefer that your project not be included in our portfolio, please inform us in writing before the project is completed.
Third-Party Assets and Licensing
Stock Images, Fonts, and Other Media:
If your project includes stock images, fonts, or other third-party elements, we ensure these are legally licensed for your use.
Ownership and licensing of these assets are subject to the terms of their original providers.
Client Responsibility: If you provide assets (e.g., images, logos, or text) for use in your project, you confirm that you own the rights to these materials or have the appropriate permissions. Our Agency is not liable for copyright disputes related to client-provided materials.
Intellectual Property
Custom Work:
All custom logos, designs, and content created by our agency are original and crafted specifically for your project.
Upon full payment, intellectual property rights to these custom elements are transferred to you.
Exclusions: Unless explicitly expressed, any templates, pre-existing designs, or frameworks used in the creation of your project remain the intellectual property of our agency. However, you are granted a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use these materials as part of your deliverables.
Reuse of Custom Work: The deliverables created for your project are exclusive to you and will not be reused for other clients.
Modifications and Adaptations
Post-Project Modifications: After project completion, you are free to modify the deliverables as needed. However, our agency is not responsible for issues arising from modifications made by third parties or your internal team.
Request for Updates: If you require changes or updates to your deliverables after the project ends, we’d be happy to assist. Additional fees may apply based on the scope of work.
